A set of 24 drawings I created for the leaves of the "Dandi" series. The illustration style is reminiscent of my early work and something I still revert to when put on the spot to draw or while just doodling in my notebook. This style developed out of self-induced exercises in automatic drawing. I'm utilizing it in this series of work because it functions like weeds in my practice; popping up thoughtlessly in the cracks between bigger ideas.
